I'll never forget the day I first tried this on my own dog, Charlie.
Charlie is a 7-year-old Border Collie who'd been suffering with fleas for months. I'd tried everything—expensive chemical treatments, flea baths, even those ultrasonic devices (total scam, by the way).
The chemical treatments worked temporarily but made Charlie lethargic and killed his appetite. I felt like I was poisoning him.
When the Vet's Best spray arrived, I was skeptical. How could something that smelled like Christmas cookies kill fleas better than industrial chemicals?
I sprayed Charlie down that evening, making sure to get under his belly, behind his ears, and at the base of his tail where fleas love to hide.
The next morning, I couldn't believe what I saw.
Dead fleas. Everywhere. On his bed, on the floor, in the bathtub where he'd been scratching. I stopped counting at 30.
But here's the best part: Charlie was acting like a puppy again. No lethargy. No loss of appetite. Just a happy, flea-free dog who smelled like cinnamon and cloves.
That was 18 months ago. We haven't seen a single flea since.
