Refund policy

We want you and your pets to love our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help — within fair and reasonable limits.

 

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
We understand you may need to try the product to see if it works for your pet — that’s completely fine. However, returns showing excessive use, damage, or neglect will not be eligible for a refund.

 

How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return directly through the “Return Order” tab in our menu.
Please include your order number and reason for return to help us process it quickly.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

- The product must be in good condition (not heavily used, damaged, or missing parts).

- All original packaging and accessories should be included when possible.

- Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or failed return shipments.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@wagandwhiskers.ca 

We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: repeated or excessive refund requests may be flagged and denied at our discretion.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact your payment provider first, then email us at support@wagandwhiskers.ca
