Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


On average, standard shipping takes approximately 6–10 business days after dispatch.

 

To ensure faster processing and product availability, we ship orders based on where inventory is readily available.

Address Changes & Order Cancellations

We pride ourselves on fast processing, which means there is a very limited window to make changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Wag & Whiskers is no longer responsible for its whereabouts.

We are unable to cover losses or assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and contacting the carrier directly for further assistance in these situations.

 

Minor Leakage During Transit

Due to temperature changes, air pressure, and handling during transit, minor seepage or residue on the bottle, cap, or protective plastic film may occasionally occur. This may result in the plastic wrap appearing wet or a small amount of liquid being visible on the exterior of the bottle.

 

Minor leakage does not affect the safety, effectiveness, or usability of the product, provided the bottle remains largely full and structurally intact.

 

For this reason:

 

- Minor leakage or damp packaging alone does not qualify as a defect.

- Replacements or refunds are issued only if the bottle is significantly damaged or has lost a substantial portion of its contents.

- The safety seal must remain intact, and clear photos must be submitted with your request.

 

Reporting Window for Significant Leakage

 

Any claims related to significant leakage or substantial loss of product must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


Claims submitted after this period cannot be replaced or refunded.

 

If you believe your item has experienced significant leakage, please contact us within this timeframe with clear photos showing the liquid level, packaging, and safety seal so we can review and assist accordingly.

 

Diffuser Functionality Issues

 

If you believe the diffuser unit itself is defective, including but not limited to:

- Not turning on

- No dispersion

- Extremely slow dispersion

 

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include clear video proof demonstrating the issue.

 

Claims submitted after 30 days or without video evidence cannot be approved.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

Shipping protection is an optional service available at checkout. When selected, it provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and allows us to assist with eligible delivery issues.

 

Important Terms & Conditions:

  • One-time coverage: Shipping protection covers one claim per customer. Additional claims may be reviewed or denied at our discretion.
  • Claim window: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered.
  • Order history review: Accounts with repeated claims, high refund history, or suspicious activity may be restricted from future protection.
  • Proof may be required: Supporting documentation (such as delivery photos or written confirmation of non-receipt) may be requested.
  • Resolution options: Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
  • Signature required: Customers with prior claims may have future orders shipped with signature confirmation.

Shipping protection is intended to provide peace of mind and may be denied if misuse or abuse is suspected.
